Spaghetti with Crab and Lemon: two dressed crabs, spaghetti, zest of one lemon, parsley, one onions finely diced, one clove of crushed garlic, lemon oil, lemon juice, sprinkling of chilli flakes.
Fry onion and garlic in butter or oil. Cook pasta, drain and put back in pot. Add in crab, lemon zest, lemon oil, parsley, some lemon juice and chilli flakes. Serve.
It was so delicious it should be harder than it is – instant food at its best. We had it with a cucumber and lettuce salad that Kerry made a salsa verde-esque dressing for from capers, parsley and olives – yum yum
