Ingredients: spaghetti, pancetta, onion, garlic, pinenuts, juice and zest of a lemon, flat leafed parsley, olive oil.
Slowly cook the diced onion, crushed garlic and diced pancetta in the olive oil. Toast the pinenuts until golden. Cook the pasta. Just before the pasta is done add the lemon zest and parsley to the onion/pancetta mix. Drain the pasta, return to pan, add some more olive oil and the pancetta mix. Add in the lemon juice, season to taste and devour.
